Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Posh Pick Me Ups.

The following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

All orders are subject to a processing period of 1 - 3 days prior to dispatching it for shipment.

Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region and where your item is being shipped from (United States or internationally) estimated delivery time is between 4 to 20 business days.  Shipment times for products being shipped from the United States to the Continental U.S. vary per product and range between 4 - 15 days. Generally these products are delivered within 7 - 8 business days. Shipment times for products being shipped from outside the United States range from 7 - 20 days on average. However, depending on your country or region, shipping times may vary so please allow up to two to four weeks for international shipping. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

At Posh Pick Me Ups we work with small manufacturers from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Others are shipped from the United States. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 to 5 working days for the tracking information to show. To track your package you can visit our the usps.com website with the tracking ID number if your package is being shipped via USPS. 

Wrong address disclaimer:

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address when making your purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@poshpickmeups.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses.  Please enter your address carefully and double check once you are at the checkout page completing your order.

 

Returns:

By placing an order on Posh Pick Me Ups, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Posh Pick Me Ups. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Posh Pick Me Ups is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective carrier.
